- Business Development – We are available to participate at any point in the Business Development process. We can share lessons learned and help develop strategic plans, participate in proposal reviews (capture plans, win themes, competitor analysis, peer review proposal) and be contracted to write proposals as well.

- User requirements are analyzed
- Company capabilities are analyzed
- Customer requirements are compared to company capabilities to determine how company can support user needs
- Competitor analysis performed
- SWOT analysis – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats are evaluated
- Capture Plan – Evaluates the opportunity and develops a plan to win the proposal by evaluating factors such as solution, competitor landscape, risk, win theme, cost and schedule
- Proposal Support – Peer review proposals and/or participate in various proposal reviews (Shipley color team reviews)
- Proposal Support and Development – Can support the development of a proposal by performing Proposal Manager role (Plan, organize and create review packages for proposal team) or individual contributor to write, schedule or cost a proposal.
